Q: The delivery time has passed, but I still have not received my order. What should I do?
In very few cases the delivery can take longer than the period indicated by Njord byELEMENTS. For Dutch customers, if you have not received your order within three working days, please contact our Customer Service department. Customers within Europe should wait five working days after the indication date provided by Gecko Cover and customers in the rest of the world must allow fourteen days.
